 EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, colored, or altered in any way.

If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 SHIPPING POLICY

We proudly ship both domestic and international orders.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please Note:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or text message with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders: 2–7 Business Days

• International Orders: 7–21 Business Days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Noir by Naturally Nique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

 ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text message once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

PREORDERS

Preorder items are products that are currently out of stock but available for advance purchase.

Estimated shipping dates for preorder items will be listed within the product description.

Most preorder items are received and shipped within approximately 5 business days, although processing times may vary.

Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

Please note that orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together once all items become available.

PICKUP ORDERS

Local pickup is available for select customers.

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions and location details.

Pickup Requirements

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

• A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup.

• For the safety and security of all parties, pickup appointments are monitored and safety measures are in place.

 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are the customer’s responsibility. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
